We work with large national leisure companies and we also maintain a strong and continuing working relationship and commitment to local independent leisure companies and venues.

Our door supervisors (male and female) have been recruited from all walks of life but they all have the same thing in common - a good personality and a professional attitude. Each applicant undergoes vetting and a full interview, which the client is welcome to attend.

Training, certification and standards:

As standard all of our door supervisors have the following training and certification:
Certificated training by NOCN, BIIAB
Security Industry Authority License
All staff vetted to BS 7858 industry standard for the vetting of security personnel
All door supervisors work to BS 7960 industry standard for door supervision personnel

Training includes:

Basic Licensing Legislation
Managing Violence
First Aid
Legal procedures (the powers of arrest etc)
Recognition of class of fire and the use of appropriate extinguishers
Evacuation and co-operation with emergency services
